Inside THEFEEDMAG Launch Party

The flutes were polished, nibbles assembled, decor was looking fabulous (thanks Sarah); we'd made sure all the i's had been dotted and the t's crossed, hundreds of times. It could only mean one thing...we were ready to launch.

At the historic Grade I listed The Crown Bar and Hotel last week all the team, our supporters, loved ones and a few new faces came together to celebrate THEFEEDMAG exclusive launch edition.

After months of hard work by the TFM team in particular Ross Willington, our creator and Steph Perry our graphics and DTP genius, the magazine was ready to be seen by the general public.

It was an evening of warmth and connection – a moment of joy within an independent media landscape. We were graced with a special visit from the Mayor of Nantwich, Stephanie Wedgewood, and our resident foodie, Lucy Bostock, and the enthusiastic welcome we received from the local community was overwhelming.

As one supporter put it, "TFM is writing its own definition of what a local publication should look, sound and feel like, adopting a stylish visual identity, writing style and digital approach, which has been well received by the community”.

Speaking of, setting the scene was local DJ Ollie Birch-Hampson, who spun the decks to perfection. With drinks, magazines, cheese, and cake (because what is party without cake), the event was a chance to raise a glass to the freshly pressed issue, packed with stories of people making a difference in our community and celebrating the town's successes.

It was also time to celebrate THEFEEDMAG new digital space - www.thefeedmag.co.uk. Here you will we be able to read every edition in full and for free! Plus our photographers will be putting up all the shots we take at local events.

Thanks to everyone who came along to help us celebrate the launch: Turn the page.
